Mission Inn Holiday Lights

It's Christmas time, time to get into the holiday spirit and there's no better way to do it in Southern California than a night out to the Mission Inn hotel for their holiday light display. Which has 3.5 million lights! So we planned a sisters night out with dinner and then we walked all over the hotel and enjoyed the festivities and lights. We're ready for Christmas and a trip home to the Northwest now! Fun evening!!

Baja, Mexico Thanksgiving

This year we traveled with our good friends the Libby's to Gonzaga Bay, Baja, Mexico for Thanksgiving. It was one of our best by far in so many ways...a beautiful place...lots of fun stuff to do (I personally tried both wake boarding and paddle boarding for the first time)...a family who welcomed us as one of their own...and good memories made with great friends. The road trip was a blast...9 hours...and we hope to definitely be back someday!

Blog blues

It's hard keeping up on a blog when you're on Facebook...or maybe I'm just lazy and don't like to upload photos twice. :) Anyway, I'm behind on blogging, but if you want to see some recent pics feel free to catch me on FB. I know plenty of people have no problem keeping up on both...I'm going to try and get with that program soon! :)

Lately...

We've been busy lately and I'm having a hard time keeping up with Facebook AND a blog...but here are a couple recent pics. Halloween/Ryan's birthday in San Diego last weekend with my sisters (SO FUN!!!) and then Loma Linda's Pine Springs retreat the weekend before. Jared was one of the MC's since he's on DSA (student leadership at the dental school) and let me tell you...the retreat was a total success and blast! Survivor theme and it the skits were hilarious. I went home that night with my jaw hurting from laughing so hard for so long! :) Life is good right now. Busy but good and looking forward to visiting Jared's parents in Vegas this weekend!
