It was another awesome Christmas in Palm Springs with Uncle Wayne and Aunt B. Mom and Dad made it down from the 5 feet of snow up in Spokane to spend almost two weeks in the sunny, warm weather we have down here. We all had such a great time playing Scrabble and Yahtzee, drinking homemade hot buttered rum, going to see Marley and Me (great movie...go see it), taking morning walks, hot tubing at night and laughing/chatting in between all of it. Christmas is such a wonderful time to remember the blessing of family while celebrating the birth of our Savior. We had to say goodbye tonight to everyone, but we will cherish the time we had with everyone.
One of my favorite things about So. Cal...the palm trees are just so beautiful!
The original 5. :)

The pictures bring back the most wonderful memories. We are blessed beyond measure that God has given us such a love for each other. I wonder what God has for us all in the new year!! Love, Mom XOXO
We are high school sweethearts and best friends who met in Geometry class and married almost seven years later on July 10, 2004. Now, 6 years later we are living out a dream in southern California with Jared pursuing dental school at Loma Linda University.
We lived in Spokane, Washington for the first 4 years of our marriage doing everything from live-in house ministry for a non-profit Christian organization, to downsizing to one car and living in what we thought was one of the coolest apartments near downtown Spokane. We moved to Loma Linda, California in July of 2008 for Jared to fulfill his dream of becoming a dentist, and we are loving the new life we live! Jadie is blessed with a job at Olive Avenue Market, a small neighborhood specialty market, where she gets to use her creative side and domestic skills.
We love exploring southern California (from beaches to mountains), being with friends and family, taking walks, finding cool places to grab a coffee or have a date night, watching old Friends episodes and discovering new things!
