Fall in Loma Linda

Today we went to a place in Yucaipa, CA (about 20 minutes north-east of Loma Linda in the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains) called Oak Glen. It is the Geenbluff of Southern California and it was so much fun. It felt so good to feel like we were back in the northwest today. The colors up there were beautiful, the mountains were beautiful and the orchards/activities were fun to explore. The weather today was much cooler and with the sun shining it made for a perfect autumn day.

Old apple crates at Snow-Line Orchard...they've been making their own mulled apple cider for many years. They also are well know for their homemade cider mini donuts, but we didn't get any because the line to get any wrapped all the way around the orchard. They must be delicious though!
Our goodies we came home with.
A view from the hill where Oak Glen is...so pretty!
The old Cider Mill building, now they have a much larger one.
